When I download addons, and i put them in the addons folder, I start BL and it says that there is an error opening the addon and it has to be handled better. Whats wrong?

When i dowload them, i save them and put them into the addons folder.

what are the add-ons in question?
it may be that the add-on is buggy or incompatable with some other add-ons.

I used WinAce, but now Im not stupid and i found the file in my Donwloads
