1. Getting pictrues is easy. The keys for taking a screenshot can be found in the options/controls section.
2. Take your screenshot, then upload it to an image hosting website, such as
tinypic,
flickr, or
imageshack.
3. Once you have uploaded, right click the image, right click the image, and click copy image url
4. when posting, press image button, above cookie, to set down image tags. ([ img ] IMAGE URL HERE [ /img ]) Note-Don't add spaces.
You can add a space, then the words width=100,200,300,400, however many pixels you want the size to be.
