Author Topic: Returning Puzzles  (Read 535 times)

Well, my mom bought a puzzle for Barnes & Noble a few days ago, and she put it together, but it was missing 7 pieces. In fact, 7 of the pieces in the box did not even go with that puzzle. So, naturally, she returned it, and I went with her for the hell of it. After she returned it and went to look at some books, I was walking past the counter and the 2 ladies there were talking about how stupid my mother was for returning a puzzle after she put it together. I flipped stuff at them. Its making me mad just typing this.

Is it really stupid to return a faulty product?

The purpose of a return is if its broken/not right.
Those asshats were just mad they had to give their money back

Well, you can understand where they're coming from.
They probably dont think its missing pieces, but instead your mom is just returning it because she completed it.

addendum: my mom had the pieces that were not with the puzzle in a small baggie. They were orange or some stuff, while the puzzle displayed on the back was of sunflowers, with no orange.
