you're gonna need a better CPU to even think about running any games past 2006. I have a Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz, and it runs up to mid 2010 games well. It won't run Black Ops, but it'll run MW2.

My old lag on a flash game computer could run mw2, I don't know much about computers, but I know if that dinosaur can run it almost anything can.
