Other people saving my map

Yea Im just going to enjoy the map and stop worrying about things. Some guy did a video on my map today who might be able to get it on " let's play". Even if it's stolen I still have some proof. Thanks for the feedback guys.  for all =)

Idk what he means but if he is suggesting setting every single frickin brick with somethin like "On _____, SetBrickOwnership, Mack Attack" or whatev but anyone can get around that by turning off Save Wrench Events.

You have a point with the saving, but I mean just put "Onactivate > Client > CenterPrint > NAME" into a FEW bricks throughout the build which are unimportant. Alternatively, just find a small hole somewhere and print your name in print blocks.

Oh yeah. The print blox thing is on like every default build. The Fort and the Cities in the bedroom, etc.

Its a build, and a nice one at that. I will try to put it into the gallery, but i have never done anything like that before. Do i jsut give the title of the map (TDM Arena) and show some pics?

There already is an option for this it's called "single player".  But seriously no one gives a ice cream about your ice creamty builds so please just play the goddamn game the way it is or panda off and play something else.

If you start doing gay ice cream to break my game, I'm going to start banning you from the master server.  This is a war you don't want to start because I'm the only one with nukes.

If you don't want people "stealing" your builds, put a password on your server or play in single player mode.

Then you'll have to deal with people saving your builds then.  It's a core feature of the game.  This whole topic is as dumb as those javascript crap things that try to stop you from saving images in your browser.  People like to save builds so they can look at them locally and play with them later, or maybe add on to them on their own server.

Just because a few 12 year old dorks like to claim credit for other people's work doesn't mean you should cripple the whole game.  Just ignore those people.

it's not even possible to disallow saving the map once they join, as when they spawn, the server GIVES it to them, so that they can render it
even using custom bricks, they can just make those themselves if they really wanted to

the only way to stop it is to not give it to them, by passwording the server or only having it in SP

That's cleaver and funny. However it's slightly scary. I like it XD

Anyways, wouldn't the kind of person that would steal a good map be the kind of person that has no idea to run a good map? Or do skilled people also do this? I would expect a skilled player would trust his own build better than something that a stranger built.
