I live in the Netherlands and 8th grade would be 2e and If you fail that year you have to choose.
1. You will level down, You will still go to the 9th grade (3e) But less harder.
2. You have to redo 8th grade (2e).

And my parents said. "OMFG YU CAN DO THAT EAZY HINGHJ"
So I have to redo 8th grade.

Sorry, I've had many students blame the teachers for their bad grades because 'the teachers hate them' (and I knew for a fact they didn't hate them)

As I said, I don't blame them for my low grades, BUT in the Netherlands you have like different  Levels Each Grade (starts at 7th) So I could go to 9th grade but then a level lower. But my parents and teachers wont let me.
