I blame bronies and the only thing keeping them from posting unrelated pony pictures outside their megathread is the people that hate them. If it wasn't for those people off topic would be full of ponies.
No it wouldn't. You would have occasional references, pictures and threads about mlp just like every other fandom. What makes you think it would be any different from anything else?
Before anyone said anything there was unrelated pony pictures in about 10 different threads per day.Off-topic became nothing but Osama Bin Laden's death and ponies.
