Go onto the internet and start downloading random things. One of them probably contains an ativirus program.

Malwarebytes isn't an antivirus program though, it's just a scanner.
@OP: I suggest getting Microsoft Security Essentials, the current best free AV, and installing and running a Malwarebytes scan every month or so.
