Author Topic: Can someone make me an invisible barrier? (Collision Mesh)  (Read 1926 times)

Well, it's not really cheating, you're preventing someone from ruining gameplay.
No you're just punishing them.
Preventing them would be using this invisible barrier.

You know what pisses me off the most. I am hosting some kind of death match, TDM or fort wars and an starfish just runs off the map never to be seen again.
there is a boundary add-on, go get it.

lol

I could do it if the Blender DTS exporter download wasn't broken

I have a version of blender with the exporter in it.
There's a download link lying round the forums somewhere.

EDIT-
Meh.

Direct Download with exporter
Give it a few minutes for the file to load before clicking.

Thanks.

Try this
Right now the collision is only one way - you can walk into the box, but you can't walk out. I can make it worth both ways if you need.

Thanks.

I want them in the box and unable to get out.

Sounds like what you need then

Maybe you could public release these.

Sounds interesting.

Does it block vehicles? Collision meshes sometimes have issues with vehicles.

Everything has collision issues with vehicles.

In it's current state, no, it's just a .dts, only a very small percentage of the community would know what to do with it.
It would need a script to give it two coordinates, and scale/position the cube accordingly

I know what to do, it's in shapes in mission editor.
