they don't know what rhythm is. I'm considering to try to become a SEAL, but Hell week is going to be the determining factor. You are constantly exercising. You may eat 7,000 calories a day but still lose weight from the exercise. All 5.5 days, you get 4 total hours of sleep. 70% of trainees quit during these days.

They're fighting a war. I would rather have 30% tough as a brick wall elite soldiers rather than 60% average troops.

Exactly the purpose of Hell week. It figures out who is physically and mentally ready to go on.

SEALs training is tough. My dad is a good swimmer and he barely passed the swim test without equipment, and couldn't get past the diving test.

I'm really good at swimming, but it's like 16 miles a day.
