Author Topic: Decal not showing up Properly.  (Read 690 times)

After a while of not making decals, I took another shot and did well (I think). I was pretty sure I packaged it properly. When I launched the game, I selected the Decal, But It didn't display properly.

May I ask why there isn't an edit button in Help Board Topics?

Oh and I made sure there were no Thumbs.db files in the .zip

Make sure you have a thumbs folder with a 64x64 version of the image.

It is 64x64 and Transparent (I'm not quite sure if it has to be transparent so I play safe.)

See if any other decals/faces you downloaded have a thumbs folder. If some don't delete them and it should solve the problem.

You probably won't want to go through the trouble to do this for each individual decal, so you should start releasing your decals in packs.

Create your decals. Create thumbnails for every decal, and put them inside of a folder called thumbs.

Select all of your decals/faces and your thumbs folder, then zip them together.

You don't need a server.cs or a desription.txt file for faces and decals. I don't know why.

after looking at the zip, I think the image has to be the same. oh and make it 256x256. might help.

Tried both, no change whatsoever.

Sorry bro, idk, but I might look into it.

Sorry man, I been busy. I will let you know if I can figure anything out.

The icon and decal were not named the same and there was no "_" on where the spaces should be.
I fixed it: http://www.mediafire.com/?djr6e6utrjteu1f
