What kind of build to go for in Fallout 3?

I plan on trying to go thru fallout 3 GOTY once again, and have NO idea what kind of character build, or karma type to go for.

Suggestions on whether to be good/somewhatgood/neutral/somewhatevil/orevil, and what kind of character setup I should do would be appreciated
