Skate, it doesn't mean you have a partnership at all. That simply means you have acquired enough views/subsribers for youtube to send you an automated message asking if you would like to
apply for one. Trust me, I got an application for all of my videos and only 1 at the time was actually accepted. Hell, most video game footage doesn't count either, as it has to be your own work. I made more videos and got more views with my revenue shared videos. You make like 10 cents per 1 million views or something hahahaha. You're not going anywhere unless you start spitting out videos every other day that reach upwards of a million views or actually somehow become famous.
I have a youtube partnership, it's honestly nothing big at all. People will just rant at the ads and you won't be getting rich lol.
Not to give your hopes down or anything, but this basically sums it up.
"This guy's pretty successful. I have an idea.
Let's say we're doing something potentially beneficial for him when really he doesn't get a cent of the profits from the millions of ads we'll plaster all over his channel!"
"Good job! You get money and a promotion!"
