Missing blocks or are they just available online?

When I joined an online game for the first time, I noticed A LOT of new blocks that I didn't have offline. I figured maybe it was a patch update after getting online, but when I played offline again, they weren't there.

Are they blocks that you can only use when you're online? Or can people download their own special blocks and the players' game that I had joined just had a lot of them?

I'd really like to know how to get them.

There are add-on brick packs which add new bricks. When you enable them and host, they are on the server. You can download some, enable them in Add-Ons while starting a game, and use them yourself.


Here's a popular and particularly useful one you could start with. Download the .zip and put it in C:\Blockland\Add-Ons.

Yeah, that's exactly what I suspected. Is there are a cluster of them you can link to so that I could pick and choose? lol

I'll try RTB but I am having one issue with the previous link [The Random Brick Pack]

I have Winrar atm [For unzipping Psx Roms hehe] and it seems to list each addon individually instead of letting me extract them all from one folder. I went ahead and tried to extract them all to the blockland addons folder but they still don't show up in the addons list when I go to make a game.

I wish I could extract these without Winrar, it seems to only complicate things.

Don't extract them.

Save them in their current state to the add-ons folder.

Just move the whole compressed folder into your addons folder in your blockland folder, then when starting up a server enable it by clicking on the "Add ons" tab under the map selection section.

I got everything working. I downloaded the latest version of that brick pack and it worked. Thanks for the help everyone.
