I think this was made by McTwist.
It can probably be found off RTB.

Why was that? I personally found it rather useful if I needed to disable something in-game.
Couldn't it be used to load crap-ons though?

I think it was too hacky is all. Not sure.

I used to have this add-on and it worked fine, but then my blockland folder was deleted out of nowhere.
