Author Topic: Music Packaging?  (Read 596 times)

Is it possible to package several music-files (.ogg) to a zip, kinda like for sounds/prints/other addons?
I want to include many ambient files into a zip, so that I don't have to select each and every one of them individually before starting a game.

How exactly?
It should work, but instead of music being in alphabetical order, it will go by folder first, and then the files inside.

noedit.

what I mean is like this

This is what your Music Folder would look like

Folder --- Aaron
      Files -- Fail.ogg
                 Lol.ogg

Folder --- Epic Music
     files ---- Ardar.ogg
                  Bumper Cars.ogg
                  Weiners.ogg
Apples.ogg
Pine.ogg
butt.ogg

When you look at the music list, it would show.

Fail.ogg
Lol.ogg
Ardar.ogg
Bumper Cars.ogg
Weiners.ogg
Apples.ogg
Pine.ogg
butt.ogg

nope. That doesn't work :(
And what I really wanted is to package 20 music files into one zip, so that I can select them with one click ingame.

I'm just showing you that if it works, thats how the music file would be listed "IN GAME"

Packaging it like an add on is not possible you have to choose every song youwant in the music section of the "start game" Menu

Yeah, Trogtor, you have no idea what you're doing.

King, you can't.

Alrighty, too bad...

It kinda made a stupid assumption about how lights are packed because they aren't alphabetical order.
