Youtube's new "Auto" Quality feature

Anyone having problems with it? It keeps skipping me back to the beginning of the videos I watch. I don't know how they actually implemented this without testing it... Or did they?

No, I don't use the arrow keys while watching youtube, and this happens to most videos I watch.

If you have an account, go to your account settings and choose, "Always play in low quality." or something along those lines. Then it won't do that stuff anymore.
