I'm getting some random glitch that makes these random colored planes all over the map and I can't see or do anything pretty much.

I'll attach some screens of this.

Try flushtexturecache(); (I think it is) in the console.

I do that but shortly after that it usually starts again

How old is your computer?

Uhh...couple years, but this has never happened before.

And I just made sure I have the newest graphics drivers for my Radeon ATI X800 graphics card, so it most likely isn't that.

flushVBOcache(); is more efficient, as it will only reload brick textures.
