I usually don't have dreams when i sleep i get almost no sleep+no dreams its horrible please help me or teach me how to have beutifull calm relaxing dreamly sleep

No. Everyone dreams. Unless this guy is in an EXTREME mental forget-up, he's dreaming. Just to clear that up.

Here's a little tip for you: Eat a banana before going to bed. The vitamin B in it improves dream vividness.

Never works for me

My dreams come when they want, they usually only last (feels like in my dream) about 30 minutes
and they are really weird
but sometimes I dont have dreams

Tell yourself as you are dozing off that you will remember your dream.
