I have the game IL-2 Sturmovik 1946. I love this game but it's been getting on my nerves recently.
1. The game is getting old. I do not like the FX, and there is no gore so there is no way to tell if a pilot is killed. The AI also will randomly fly straight into the ground and into mountains.
2. The game has hundreds of mods for it but as soon as I start modding it it becomes an unstable time-bomb. I have deleted it for the third time because of some bullstuff with the mods I can not work out, and it either works or the game refuses to even load.
3. There are several newer ones out. Cliffs Of Dover is almost brand-new, with improved everything. Not as many planes however; 30 compared to 1946's almost 80. Also the cool experimental aircraft are gone.
Are these good enough reasons to sell this game? its old so I can't get much money off of it, but oh well. I don't want it lying around if I am not gonna play it.
