trouble opening gmod

i know i locked my topic in games, wasn't getting much replies.

and its a whole different subject now.

steam servers are fine for me now, just a strange update for gmod appeared, and couldnt play without updating.
downloaded it.
start it.
says: "Engine Error: Could not get client.dll interface from library client"

Edit: It's not garry, it's valve.

It's not Gar- ogoddam.

Garry has to get the files from Valve to update Gmod whenever they update Source Engine.
