All Metal Beretta?

I just bought this, and I thought it was a full metal pistol, but then I saw this. The second one costs more, and it is mostly metal. but it has the same shipping weight as the first one. Are they both metal? Is the second one more expensive just because it was licensed? I thought I paid for an all metal one. if it's not, whatever, I'd just like a metal one a hell of a lot more.
