blue folder is a topic you havent posted in
yellow means you've posted in it
yellow !!!'s mean the thread is kind of popular
red !!!'s mean the thread is very popular
thumbtack means the topic is pinned to the top of page 1
bar graph means the topic has a poll
lock is self explanatory
