i usually try to put a summary at the end of long posts. anchors and tables of contents help for really big posts.

Yeah, but the problem is posting that you didn't want to read it.  It'd be best to just leave the topic and complain to yourself.

No. this is a community of people who communicate to each other. posters dont JUST have the rights to post any garbage they want, and they dont have the rights to not be told about it.

tl;dr is way too dismissive, and I will never use the term again.
