Author Topic: Confuzzled about highschool credits  (Read 448 times)

Alright, so I'm confused on how credits work, I need to get into a college that requires this stuff: http://prescott.erau.edu/degrees/undergraduate/aeronautical-science-fixed/index.html

I'm doing high school and college in prescott and I need to get a lot of stuff seems to do this, explain them, because my teachers aren't helping whatsoever, I must ask the forums

Basically all four years of high school you get credits for passing classes. In my state 1 class is usually worth about 1 credit. If you do not receive the required amount of credits you will not graduate.

ask your guidance counselor

1 semester= 1 credit. You need a certain amount of credits, depending on the state, and those credits need to be filled in different credit subject areas.

not necessarily, different classes can be worth different amounts of credits.

I get it, so just take these classes for the amount of semester according to the amount of credits I need, that means I can get all of them pretty easily, I'll take private pilot operations first, because that takes four semesters.

Edit: Okay, now I need to see how many credits each class is worth.

Don't get your credits forgeted up like i did. I passed most of my classes, but they won't accept my credits from a different school for some reason....I have like 3 credits now, and i'm graduating this year :I

I have it in order, ask for my classes and the amount of credits I need, then pass the class, and profit.
