Processor: AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3800+ ~2.4GHz
RAM:2048 MB

I'm going to be blunt and say that judging by your processor you'll likely need to upgrade everything. Motherboard, PSU, CPU, RAM and GPU.

Well I need to know how much money you're willing to spend. Oh you'll also likely have to upgrade your HDD and DVD drive. And if you don't already have one you'll need a copy of an OS too.
