Author Topic: [Model] G36C Test for Blockland in Blender.  (Read 2122 times)

So yeah, This is my first time using blender, and i'v only been using it for around three hours, and im pretty proud of what i'v achieved. I made a G36C For blockland, and as a test, i made a Glock, but accidently added a Screw Modifier x5, and It messed up. Anyway, here are some pictures.

So, Now to get to my problem. I have no idea how to group things, that's why my Hand and Magazine are away from the gun, it's so I don't get them mixed up, as if I put it in the gun, I won't be able to seperate it back as I'll select the gun's vertices. Once i'v done this, I can colour it :),

And also, if you're feeling extra helpful today, how do I add the muzzlepoint and handpoint stuff in? All the tutorials i'v seen are for old versions of blender, and Blender 2.5 is way different.

Thanks!  :cookie:

"Handpoint" is called "mountPoint" just add Armature -> Single Bone. Protip: Great model but far too detailed for Blockland.

Ok, Thanks :)

That's pretty good, but the sights are messed up.

Some of the bevels you wouldn't even be able to see, so its useless

Not useless if it's for standard-high poly modeling like this.

Hey come on, it's got detail in it.
I like it.

stufftons of completely unneeded beveling.
