I'd say a large majority of Help topics end very well. The community is somewhat small, so there isn't going to be an all-knowing all-fixing within moments of the topic being posted. I haven't posted that many Help topics, but they've always been answered clearly and in a very kind manner. I feel guilty for posting in Help as often as I do.
