Author Topic: some songs don't work in the game (Read 1756 times)

I have downloaded some songs for blockland. I have done the same thing on all of the files (i think) but some wont show up in music files when i go to start a game.They are all in my Music folder but only some show up.

Someone plz help me.

Give the names of some EXACTLY the way they are in the folder

Also if they exceed 1015kb it will be ignored

If any of the files have spaces in them, they won't work. "Wild_Thing_Live_at_Winterland .ogg" would work, but,"Wild Thing Live at Winterland.ogg" wouldn't. Also, They might be from someone who was just too lazy to split the track.

If its not split into mono it wont work

Checklist:

1.) must be an OGG
2.) must be under 1015kb file size
3.) must be mono
4.) if the song has spaces, it needs to be replaced by underscores ( _ )

Also, I have the same problem with certain songs, my server gets stuck loading musiclist.cs (I think it was?) and I have to end blockland with CTRL+ALT+Dlt. I have converted these myself and some of them work, some don't. Does this have to do with the name of the song? (I put the underscores with it, the name might of been too long)
