It's just a higher wattage.  It'll be maybe a little hotter but its not like you put the brick on your face or anything.

Oh and it'll charge a bit faster too probably.

EDIT:  Also FYI that's the ADAPTER ONLY.  As in only the box + the cable that goes from the box to the outlet.

You'll have to re-use your original cord.
