I mean, it's still there, but it just says "there are no files, or are there?"
I mean, if you don't want people looking in there, why was it even created in the first place? I know you used to be able to look in there, but why has that changed?

You can't see the contents so that people don't complain about crappy mods taking forever to be approved. The purpose of the holding tank is to organize all the mods that need to be approved by moderators. It's designed for moderators, not the public.

Check your rtb account for pms. If you got a pm of it being failed, fix it. If not, its still in.
