Search engine always changing?

For some reason in like the last day or two, my search engine keeps changing to yahoo constantly, even after I change it back. My dad says it might be malware. What do you guys think? I'm running scans with windows defender and avast to see if they find anything.

yes i'm starting to find out how bad it is everytime I search for something

i remember all that yahoolagen crap. it was the best search engine before google took over. it's still nice to use if you just want to look at some current events without searching stuff.

yahooligans was, for me, pretty much the best internet thing ever as a kid
until they changed it to yahoo kids

that's when the internet was ruined for 9 year old me
