So, I found
Jimi Hendrix's cover on "House of the Rising Sun" by The Animals. Sounds simple right? Only question is though, It was released in 1972 after Hendrix's death, in the "In the Beginning" album supposedly from his earlier years. The album it'self does exist, and can be purchased at
Discogs.com. The record company that produced the album is "Shout Records." Is this truly the early years of The Experience? Or was it recorded by an impostor claiming he was hendrix, as the rumor goes?
Honestly I'd really like to know.
