That would involve effort on my part.

Saw that coming. What colors do you want?

The PDN can be fairly easily recolored with only minor touch-ups required

I turned the whole thing red and it looks quite nice, matches my laptop's design somewhat

using GIMP you can easily recolor it

like you could make the green purple without changing the other two

The Paint.NET file is separated into layers. The colored lines can be colored differently easily because they're on a totally different layer than the hexagons.

I like the current colors, actually.

in my opinion you should always make or crop an image to be the largest resolution that exists for each aspect ratio
if somebody needs to make it smaller for their specific size, they can just get their aspect ratio and then resize it to be smaller, and it will still look fine
you can't resize an image to be larger and it still look fine

I personally think that more hexagons in the background make it look better :s
