Dedicated Server

How do you make a dedicated server i know you need another comp and all that but it says goto base/server/prefs , i got as far as base/server .....but wheres the prefs?

You just run dedicated.bat

The server config is contained in the file base/config/server/prefs.cs
Where are you reading how to do this?  The information sounds out of date.

Well i figured it out already but uhh i searched dedicated and reseached it, but for anyone that wants to know how to do this ----If you have a dual core proccessor then you can run a dedicated server on the same computer that you will be playing blockland on---- Heres how you do it , Run the dedicated.bat file , press alt+ctrl+delete and look at the proccesses tab.Find the Blockland.exe proccess and right click it, youll see "set affinity" set it for CPU 1. Next run blockland and your ready to go! Then all you need to do is set your servers info in Base/Config/Server then edit the prefs with wordpad or notepad
