It has the music Time by Hans Zimmer in the background. Apparently to some people its too loud, so he remade it and put a link in that videos description. I personally like the music louder. More epic.
Or you can listen to this one with epic music in the backround. Either way, it's still pretty neat.

Its funny how the people who make the best speeches, aren't politicians. They don't make these speeches to get reelected. They do it because they know they can spread a truthful message. Its also sad that the most inspirational speech I have ever heard came from a comedian. The thing that made this speech so wonderful was the vocabulary and tone of his voice. It was absolutely beautiful.
