I tried in JJstorm's CityRPG and in RP Core. Is this a bug from the new update or am i doing something wrong?

If I recall correctly JJStorms City RP was failbinned for him or someone else getting free admin for whoever used it on there server. they couldnt deadmin him in anyway.
