What's Skyrim's minimum requirement for GPU?
Dx9c GPU with 512mb VRAM.
What's his integrated GPU?
Intel SB onboard graphics.
What are they equivalent to?
AMD HD6550m or nVidia GT 540m.
A quick google search shows that it is completely playable on HD6550m and a lesser CPU than OP's computer:

Overall, I want to thank the community for chipping in and completely ruining this guys hopes of playing Skyrim. I like it when people who don't know what they are talking about and put people on the wrong track.
