Try contacting customer support, then. If you end up returning it, try getting a Hauppauge one as a replacement. I've got an actual internal TV tuner card by them and it works flawlessly.

its not wireless you know. not that antenna brown townog tv even exists anymore.

And yes, it's DVB-T, so it's digital.

a program to view it.

Most TV tuners come with viewing software as well as drivers. If they don't, they're usually made by stuff companies.

It came with software, but it didn't find anything either on my desktop, and it refuses to run at all on my laptop.

Would it be worth it to try getting a better antenna?
