Sometimes when i get disconnected from rtb i cant connect back in.

Are you disconnecting randomly? Are you disconnecting yourself? Or are you being kicked/banned? If you are being banned then yeah, you can't get back in for a while.

TY for topic amount XD. I disconnect sonetimes when I host. If yoy have read my Hosting Lag prob, once it gets to a point that isnt laggy, i disconnect all the time but sometimes i re connect. Sometimes i connect manually. Sometimes i cqnt at all.

Well, from all the bad connection problems, hosting problems and lag problems, I suggest getting a better computer or connection.

My computer as far as I remember is a DELL and I have Full bars internet. Not slow at all.

"Full bars internet" is not the same thing as "a good connection"
At least, not in the sense we mean here.

Your computer > Your Router > Your ISP > The internet

"full bars" is referring to the first two parts of the chain.
He is referring to the third and fourth part.

As a general rule, Dells are awful computers. I wouldn't accept one if they offered me a free one. Regardless, if you're running Vista or 7 go do a gaming benchmark test (I'm sure you can google how, I'm on linux right now) and tell us what score you get. It takes about 5 minutes and it's default with windows.
