FYI, the bill will not shut down this site as long as badspot is on the patrol for piracy like he is now (and i don't think he plans on changing that). the video on americancensorship.org says that the most likely outcome would be the site sued for having youtube links (absolutely ridiculous), but that's not a complete shutdown.

Once you have the IP, all you need to do is enter it like you would any other normal link.

you know why bills like this don't get passed? because people make a big fuss about it, which lets the people voting for/against it know that people don't want it passed
