I seem to be missing the 'dedicated.bat' file, could anyone upload it or attach it for me?

There is no dedicated.bat file anymore

What you do is you create a shortcut and in the target path enter
C:\Blockland\BlocklandLauncher.exe -dedicated -map skylands
And then you double click the new shortcut and the dedicated server should start.

I seem to crash as soon as its done loading addons.

Are you connecting to 127.0.0.1 via IP, or through the query LAN option, or over the internet?
Console.Log would probably be good.
