Turns out it's the IPv4 address you need to change. This is the souloution.

how2change?

Alright. I am going to write a long ass response that will explain everything. I am going to assume you know nothing.

Steps:

1) Click on the start orb in the bottom left part of your screen. Then select "Run..."

2) Type in "cmd" and press enter.

3) Once in the command prompt type in "ipconfig" Then once it has loaded the information, look in the first block. It should say "Link-local IPv6 Address, IPv4 Address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway" Find the number next to Default Gateway, and write it down.

4) Go to your internet browser and type in that number into the URL bar at the top.

5) Search around for a section that says something along the lines on "Port Mapping" or "Port Forwarding" click it.

Take a screenshot and show my what you have done so far.

That comes up if you have disabled Ping on your firewall or router.

Server magicly works again.

but if anyone hears music and has downloaded it then they crash.
and sometimes my friend (Legofig) keeps crashing from my server for no reason.
