My Weapon Is Not Working

I did all of the things for making my throwing weapon right, but strangely, it didn't show up in the list of weapons when I was starting a game.
Can someone get THIS file to work?

It shows up fine on the start a game list.
Not sure if it actually works as a weapon, will post results.

EDIT: The weapon causes blockland to not allow me to scroll to the wrench.
Or at all.
