Is there a way I can make a selected area move to the exact middle of the picture?
I'm going to make a wallpaper but I'd like to get my icon thing in the middle.

It contains a tool that lets you align an object to the center of the selection

but

to align your icon, it needs to be an an entirely separate layer for the align to work properly

I suggest you save your THING as a .pdn, then reopen it after installing the plugin
