Also, the iPhone is extremely popular now. They've been selling like hotcakes around here ever since the iPhone was available from Verizon. Pretty much everyone has one now.

So that gives them the right to sue everyone?

No one so far has criticized the iPhone or any Apple products, stop bringing up their sales figures or how much you love their products as if it justifies their monopolizing of the smartphone market.

They created Super AMOLED Plus which, in and of itself, is worth buying a Samsung phone for alone.

Barely, although I've used an iPad for quite a while (school bought them, no choice). And I didn't even find it remotely pleasant to use.
