It's purposefully really stuffty, this was made in about five minutes and I was rushing because it was topical in the skype call I'm in. If paint.net had a smooth tool I would have made it much better.

It's probably only actually funny if you know him, but whatever.

Here's a kid from my homeroom, he has these v shaped wrinkles in his forehead as well as a receding hairline which reminded me of a Klingon from star trek, so I shopped in Commander Worf's forehead. I also installed some paint.net plugins so I was able to do a bit better.
