Author Topic: Can sketchup create bones or export as .dts?  (Read 1337 times)

If I recall correctly, I don't think it can do either.

It can export to .obj, which can be imported by almost any 3D program. I highly recommend it.

According to the feedback I have got in this thread, I can do this...
Since I am skilled mostly with google sketchup as I have used it for years, I can export it to .obj once I finish a model.
Then, I dump it into blender where I add the mountPoint bone. After that, I use exporter software to export it into blockland.
One problem: How do I add textures in blender? (the tutorials are waay to drawn out for simple things like that)
