A server I hosted that had an average of 14 people

   Average of 14 people makes me lol.  That's good but I don't enjoy many TDM gamemodes.

Anyways, the build is okay.  Video isn't at all good.  I would suggest you get fraps, it records your in game footage at a better resolution than just your game window.
