Also, on page 259 of off-topic, it has a thread titled "Two Knoives". So maybe two knives are involved in it too?

Here's an idea, when you crash, someone will remove your helmet and cut your neck with a knife, you survive, but your throat got damaged so bad that you lose your ability to speak. You fly to Bangkok to avoid him, but he follows you, and stabs you in the throat with a knife, you die from the wounds, and die in the year of 2023.
